Nathaniel was born In Colorado and raised in the Midwest. Working on a small Farm he learned the value of a honest days work. At a young age he gained a keen interest in art and drawing.

At 16 he started doing caricatures and events throughout the country.

At age 14 he made a chance encounter with another talented artist and potter; Paul Koch of PotterybytheCreek in Macedonia Iowa. Under Paul He learned the art of ceramics, learning the art of firing, wheel throwing and glaze mixing for 4 years, eventually becoming close friends.

Travelling around the country Nathaniel eventually settled in the beautifully scenic town of Boulder Co.

Continuing the arts in his distinctive mixed media style he continues to hone his craft.

He hopes that his work inspires, moves and engages in uplifting and meaningful ways.
